About
Not Widely Know is a blog of random articles that have one thing in common; they are not part of mainstream news. The interests of the corporate media are not aligned with those of ordinary members of the public, who are denied access to information about what is really going on.
Is this a conspiracy theory? Well, only you can decide that. However, here are some extracts from an article entitled
‘How the News Agenda is Set’ by Craig Murray. The link to the full article is below.
What makes a single individual heckling a politician newsworthy? There are dozens such examples every single day that are not newsworthy.
The answer is simple. Normally the hecklers are promoting an anti-establishment view, so it does not get reported. Whereas this heckler was promoting the number one priority of the establishment and mainstream media, to get rid of Jeremy Corbyn. So this heckler, uniquely, is front page news and his words are repeated at great length in the Guardian and throughout the broadcast media.

the incident was not a chance one. The “heckler” is Tom Mauchline, a PR professional for PR firm Portland Communications, a dedicated Blairite (he describes himself as Gouldian) formerly working on the Liz Kendall leadership campaign. Portland Communications’ “strategic counsel” is Alastair Campbell.
...
I find it incredible that the mainstream media are all carrying this faked incident while not one single mainstream journalist has reported who Mauchline really is.

The mainstream media (MSM) is a fraud. Too much power resides in the hands of too few people. Stories that should be in the national news are suppressed in favour or ones that promote an establishment narrative.
When you watch the news, remember the Latin phrase ‘Cui Bono’, which literally means ‘for whose benefit?’ It is used to suggest a hidden motive or to indicate that the person responsible for something may not be who it first appears to be. A similar phase is ‘Cui Prodest’, which asks ‘who does it profit?’ It is used to suggest that a person committing a crime may be found among those with something to gain and not necessarily by the person who is under the spot light.
The slickest and most devious deceiver of the lot is of course the BBC. Its public relations are so effective that no one seems to doubt their relentlessly skewed output in favour of the establishment and the global corporatist agenda. Few people seem to realise that the BBC receives part of its funding from the EU (a totalitarian regime), even though it gets plenty of money from television licence payers in the UK. Maybe the reason is very straightforward; he who pays the piper calls the tune.
If you think that my opinion of the mainstream media and the BBC is harsh, then read the article below by John Pilger.

Also, the following article may help to explain the true totalitarian history of the EU (even if it is from MSM).
